Lucifer is Trixie's real father, Chloe and Lucifer met before but GOD deemed it too soon and made them forget, when Chloe found out she was pregnant she believed it was Dans as she did not remember anyone else.

Sometime during the series Lucifer realises Trixie is not fully human and starts getting his memories back.
