House decides to treat Wilson's fake proposal in "The Down Low" as a real one, partly just for the lols, partly because he's sick of being alone so, hey, why not? Wilson is bewildered, but also has a history of being bad at saying no to marriage. They're both expecting the whole business to go down in flames before it actually gets anywhere, but weirdly enough, it doesn't.
